How soon will my order ship?

Most Orders take 1-2 Business days to process and leave our warehouse. The actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method that you choose at the time of checkout. If your order is a rush order, and time is of the essense, please contact us at (212) 725-1174 to confirm the shipping date.

I have a resale account with On Stage Dance Wear, can I order on the site?

At this time we suggest that our resale accounts continue to call their orders in and not order via the site so that their sales tax exemption status can be verified.

We are a United States based company, all of our transactions are conducted in US Dollars.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please be aware that if you wish to cancel or change your order every effort will be made to attempt this, however your order may have already been shipped. If you wish to attempt to cancel or change your order please contact customer service immediately. If your order has shipped we will not be able to change or cancel it. If that is the case please refer to our Terms & Conditions and follow our refund/return policy.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

We are located in New York City, therefore we charge the applicable New York sales tax ONLY to orders that are shipped to New York addresses. All other orders are NOT charged sales tax.

Do you have a store near me I can visit?

Yes. In New York our retail store is located at 197 Madison Ave (bet 34 & 35 St) New York, NY. 10016.

Do you accept COD or check orders online?

At this time we only accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) to pay for online orders. If you wish to pay via COD or cashiers check please place your order by calling 1-866-725-1174 M-F 9am-7pm, Sat. 12pm-6pm EST.
